Homeowner Association Dues

Homeowner association dues are $450 per year for permanent member properties of the Pickett's Plantation Homeowners Association (PPHA) and $225 for associate member properties. Your dues pay for maintenance of the common areas of the subdivision. Each homeowner receives an invoice in January and dues are payable in full February 28th each calendar year. A late fee is charged if your payment is not received by the due date. Residents with delinquent homeowner dues are managed for action by the PPHA attorney, and the existing pool card is deactivated until dues are paid.
